I use GroupMail to help me deal with my excel file. In the file, I have about 50 names/emails and some data. GroupMail first does some individualizing work, and then automatically sends emails to those receivers with my account. Before all of these operations, I only do some settings on my gmail account. I set it up for gmail's smtp server and input the tabbed contact files, then it can do the work. Beside those functions, it also allows me to preview the messages and test the smtp setup.

GroupMail is a good product. Every week, I have to send newsletter to 2 groups of people, about 250 people in total. The one I used before only allows me send emails to 25 people one time. GroupMail works very well. It can meet all my requirements.
