- I am an absolute a new boy when it comes to VPN's but did the research返信
and picked the three day trial of PureVPN, expecting not to be able to
work it or for there to be terrible customer service but one week on I
am absolutely delighted as their customer service live chat just
resolved a problem I had and were so pleasant and efficient. I feel safe
and protected on the internet now and have even written to the
representative's director to commend them on their service. Hope this
helps someone like me who doesn't know much about all of this. - I contacted them 3 times in a few hrs to sort out why I couldn't download the program. Nauman was prompt and very friendly but most of all he didn't waste my time having me struggle with the problem. After I tried twice without success, I downloaded TeamViewer and he took over and he determined that I was in a blocked region and quickly sorted out my issue within minutes.
