I noticed, today, 3/6/22 you can the exact same thing on Amazon for $19.99.返信
Been using the product now for about 5 years and have found it to be my recommended suite for protection and just day to day management for your PC. The built in password manager is extremely useful and if you wish to add Mobile to that you can with the new affordable cross platform package they offer.返信
Bitdefender is top in its class, sometimes too good, but the fact I get Total Security for free for 6 months, Hey I love it.返信
Bitdefender is the virus. You need to install their own uninstall tool sperately to uninstall Bitdefender or it will stay in your system secretly. I would say, stay away…返信
f*** awsome!返信
Wow....whole 90 days ???返信
Gee....why such a long time.....very generous BitDefender should cut down to 60 days.
Go to hell BitDefender. You are so cheap and stingy.

After having tried Norton, McAfee, and the free AVG program, I decided to get this for my dad a while back. My dad watches a lot of movies and listens to a lot of music from various foreign websites. Unfortunately, he doesn't have a lot of computer know-how. Consequently, we were having to reformat his computer very often (so far 8 times this year, and the year isn't even over!). The malware slowed the computer and the incessant pop-ups were maddening - Norton, McAfee, and AVG helped minimally.返信
In the near 2 months my dad has had this program, his computer runs much faster and so far no problems. It probably seems to run faster since he's so used to it being slowed down by malware.
The software has expert, intermediate, and novice settings. My dad setup as a beginner, and all he needs to worry about is pressing buttons to perform a virus scan or check for updates. He setup the software all by himself. It's done pretty well eliminating threats during its scanning.
My dad and I are glad we found something that's user friendly and works on multiple levels: antivurus, antispyware, antispam, parental control, ID theft protection, etc. Oh yeah, the 2010 version is Windows 7 compatible too!
I had some apprehension about getting this particular virus protection software as I had some bad experience with the 2009 version. However, I have to say that I was a lot more impressed with this than I was ever with 2009. Bitdefender 2009 brought me nothing but heartache and brought my computer down because of different incompatibility issues with other software.返信
The installation of 2010 was very easy and it had even let me keep using my 2009 key if I wanted to. I had installed this on three different Operating Systems: two running Windows 7 and one running Windows XP. The first Windows 7 installation did encounter some problems but I was able to let it do a scan of my computer and then re-installed and it worked fine. The Windows XP one had the 2009 version on it and it went very fast without any problems. I had found that after installing 2010 on the Windows XP, that I had a lot less bugs than before. However, since my computer was just bogged down with too much applications and files on it, I did a new install of Windows 7. With the newest Windows 7, I installed 2010 and again, no problems whatsoever. It was smooth and ran very fast. In fact, I barely notice the antivirus running.
The backup is very easy to setup. Just note that the online backup is only for a limited amount of time. I believe it is for one year. All of the other features work great and the new look is so much better than before. It's less bulky and more attractive.
Overall, I am happy with this product and has provided a lot less hassle for me than last year's version. If you are apprehensive about getting this because of issues with 2009, rest assured it is a great improvement.
We own two computers and both were running painfully slow with Norton Anti-Virus. We read reviews several places on the internet, researching the best Anti-Virus software that took up less space. Bitdefender consistently had the highest marks. Loading was easy, although on one computer we had to unload and reload. Both computers run faster. On our first scan, Bitdefender found two viruses on one computer and five on the other that Norton had missed! Amazon offered the lowest price on the internet and with free shipping and coupons, we got a great deal!返信
This is the easiest to use and most effective anti-viral software that I have used. This was my second purchase and I couldn't be happier. I run it with Windows Defender disabled to avoid conflict of applications as I have learned to do with any security software. Runs seamlessly in the background. Great product.返信
With the high cost of living, finding ways to save money is on everyone's mind. We clip coupons for groceries and even dry cleaning, shop at discount and dollar stores and buy generic brands instead of name brands. The savings add up over time, enabling you to do more with your money.返信
I'm very happy with Bitdenfender Total Security 2010. Last year, I made the mistake of purchasing McAfee because I could purchase it for one computer instead of paying for three computers like Norton wants. I had nothing but trouble from set-up to the day I un-installed it from my computer. The installation of Bitdefender was a breeze. The first full scan took about three hours, but those afterwards take half the time. The best part about it is that I can not only surf the web while it's doing it's scan, but I can also look at videos. My computer starts up in half the time as it did when I had McAfee. The first week I kept sitting around waiting for it to finish and then realized it was already done and waiting for me. I haven't received any annoying warnings like I did with that headache McAfee. I'm glad this is a two-year subscription because I can pretty much forget about it and it'll do it's job while I do mine.返信
I got Bitdefender Total Security 2010 shortly before a McAffee anti-virus subscription I was getting free with an old AOL account expired. Since getting BTS I've been using it on a Sony VAIO VGN-N395E laptop running Vista Home Premium (I purchased the Vaio from Amazon, so if interested you can look it up and see the specs; the only hardware change I made was bringing the RAM to the 2 GB max). Bitdefender claims that BTS "won't slow you down," and I was skeptical about that. Happily, not only did BTS NOT slow down my laptop, but after running all the tune-up processes that BTS includes, my laptop began to perform faster and more smoothly. E.g, software programs load and quit faster and run more smoothly. Start up time (i.e., after I type in my password) is also faster, though I have not noticed any change in the time it takes for the laptop to start from the time I push the "on" button to the time it takes for the password screen to appear.返信
Though BTS took a long time to install (about an hour), the installation process was smooth and intuitive. I selected the "Typical" user profile, the "Intermediate" view, and the "Laptop Mode." Since installing it, it has run smoothly and unobtrusively, and I find it extremely easy to manage.
